COMMISSIONS TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

　　 ■ You acknowledge that I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only,
　　 meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.

　　 ■ My work is for personal use only, meaning you can't redistribute or use my art for sales or profit.

　　 ■ My works will still be my works, and neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed
　　 to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.
　　 You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even if it's a paid commission.
　　 Credits to me (the artist) must be given anytime the art is showcased.

　　 ■ I do not allow chargebacks; for any issue or if you'd like to discuss about a refund,
　　 you can contact me anytime and I'd be glad to clarify any concern you may have.
　　 Refunds will be available in different percentages depending on the commission's status:
　　　　 ▪ Total refund will be given if I haven't started working on your commission;
　　　　 ▪ 70% of the total price will be refunded at sketching phase;
　　　　 ▪ 40% of the total price will be refunded at lining phase;
　　　　 ▪ 10% of the total price will be refunded at base coloring phase;
　　　　 ▪ NO refunds will be given in shading phase, or if commission is finished.
　　 You can ask about your commission status anytime you desire.

ABOUT ORDERS AND PAYMENT
　　 ■ I reserve the right to decline your order if i don't feel comfortable or able to work on it.
　　 ■ You must be 18 years old or older to commission NSFW (Not Safe For Work) artwork;
　　　 this includes art featuring characters in sexual or violent scenarios.
　　 ■ Full payment will be sent beforehand, and via Paypal only.
　　 ■Turnaround time for commission's completion will vary depending on the artwork's type,
　　 　going from 2~4 weeks to 2~4 months.

　　 ■ stolen characters or art replicas
　　 ■ overly offensive or discriminatory themes regarding sex, race, religion or politics
　　 ■ NSFW art featuring minors (real or apparent)
　　 ■ real life people and portraits
